To create it, use the given options such as layer height of 0.1, specific text lines (1-5), include a hole with diameter 10mm, place the text vertically at position 0, upload image file named "lithopane_new20131228-19207-1v6mn15-0.dat", choose standard picture shape, large pane size, and vertical picture orientation.
