This allows you to keep your mares puck battery on the wrist strap instead of leaving it in the computer to drain to death slowly. You must first slide the battery in and then move it down into the rounded cavity, after that, the strap will hold it in place so it doesn't come out again. It's a good idea to put the strap through the buckle as well so there is no chance of losing the battery.
