Mardin's architecture is a must-see, with its staircases opening up into streets that connect to each other. The usage techniques of its vaulted entrances and rooms leading out to the courtyard make it worth visiting. What caught my eye here were the church minarets, something you wouldn't typically see in a city dominated by mosques - especially since church services are held on certain days.
