Mardave meteor rear hub

Mardave meteor rear HubPicture shows hubs made in PETG white + black , CF nylon is in mat black , and original 2 types of mardave hubs. This is a replacement for the standard meteor non-bearing rear hub. Dimentions are similar to the original with extra material on the arm and the driveshaft hole is thinner to give a thicker/stronger body. Have printed in PETG /nylon and CF nylon. All give good results with the CF being the strongest .Bearings:-5x10x4mm MR105-2RS x2 each hubThey need to be pushed in and can be tight so I recommend putting the part in hot water to slightly soften. Put the bearing on the driveshaft and push in the outer bearing first ensuring it is straight . Then take driveshaft out and install inner the same way but from the inside and using a rod/drill in the drive cup to push it all the way home.Pivot pin hole:-This is also tight and needs drilled out with a 3.2mm drill bit (1/8") . As a side note puting nylon/PETG in hot water makes it stronger/less brital.I set support to concentric and 70 degrees overhang off build plate to give bearing surfaces a good finish + easy to pop out support waste.
