Marche-à-terre (mid 18th century), wood and metal, POP Museum, Robert-Lionel-Séguin Collection \nOnly known example in Quebec, it was purchased by Robert-Lionel Séguin in 1963. This rare mechanical device with gears, conical shape, served as a starting point for an original process of grain grinding. It is a specialized fabrication, very rare in Quebec, replica of similar models used in England and the United States.
