On March 24, 2018, students across the country took a bold stand by leading the March for our Lives to bring an end to senseless gun violence. "Not one more. We cannot allow another child to fall victim to a school shooting. We cannot allow another teacher to make the ultimate sacrifice of jumping in front of an assault rifle to save their students' lives. We cannot allow another family to wait anxiously for a call or text that never comes. Our schools are no longer safe havens, our children and teachers are paying the ultimate price with their lives. It's time we make saving these lives our top priority. These students have chosen to live a life of purpose and drive change in the world. These March for our Lives sign models showcase the power of signs and symbols as tools for creating meaningful social change. By connecting current events to historic movements like Women's Suffrage, Vietnam War protests, and the Civil Rights movement, students can learn from the past and design their own signs with detailed explanations and historical reference photos.
