Marble painting your printed parts
thingiverse
Experience your first attempt at painting a low-quality printed plastic part using inexpensive nail polish and water. This DIY method allows for creative design customization. The current README.txt serves as a placeholder for forthcoming instructions. To begin, gather the necessary items such as a large bowl, water, oil-based paint or nail polish (in various colors), and a toothpick-like tool. Optional extras include acetone for cleaning parts and paint and tape for protecting unpainted areas. While this tutorial is designed for nails, it can be applied to plastic parts with similar results.
