Marble Maze Gift Box

This puzzle box is quite a challenge to open, but incredibly easy to construct. The necessary components include 2 pen springs and a ball (3/8th inch or 8-10mm). I have successfully printed this design, and all the pieces fit together seamlessly with 0.3mm of clearance on the moving parts. Surprisingly, no supports are required. Assembling the box is a straightforward process. To begin, glue the two springs into the "push" and "latch" components. Place them in their designated spots and insert the ball into the maze. Next, apply a small amount of glue to the bottom of the post on the "slide". Be sure that no glue gets onto any surface outside of the slot on the "push" piece. Finally, fill the groove at the top of the maze with glue and attach the "Front" and "Back" components. I have included the Fusion file for anyone interested in creating their own custom maze.
