This Youtube video (https://youtu.be/WBxvgw-zOoE) demonstrates the Archimedes Screw principle in action, lifting marbles. The model was created using Solidworks 2016 and rendered with Simlab Composer 8 Mechanical Edition. Frames were edited in Virtualdub before being saved as AVI/X264 and BMP formats. The video was remuxed to MP4 using MyMP4BoxGui, while Gifs were created with PhotoScape. IrfanView was used for render editing. The model is available in multiple file formats including Solidworks 2016, Simlab Composer 8, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, SketchUp, 3DS, DWF, and FBX.
