Marble Clock

These are the STL files for the inner workings of the marble clock. It is inspired by the MMX from wintergatan: https://www.youtube.com/user/wintergatan2000

It uses a screw-type lift to lift marbles into the tunnel. The tunnel contains detection and reflection sensor to determine the color of the marble. Depending on the color the pusher can either let the marble pass (back to the “bin") or pick it up and drop it in the corresponding slot. The pusher is attached to a rider along the track that uses a 360 servo with position feedback and a switch for location determination. This way the rider can sit at the location of the newly to be filled marble lanes.

Note that the 3D printed design is practically finished, but the final result is yet to be completely integrated and tested. When finished however, find the result either on buildcomics.com, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC4sCEyjS6V-cSmDN32bV2uw
