I designed this adapter to secure my SJ5000X camera to the barrel of my Benjamin Marauder .25 cal PCP pellet rifle, utilizing standard GoPro/SJ case mounts. I 3D printed it in TPU to prevent scratching the barrel. The fit is snug, ensuring it won't budge. I haven't yet captured any videos with this setup. If you prefer a looser fit, you can modify it in Tinkercad; currently, the hole measures 22.2mm.
