Feeling festive and want maracas for Cinco de Mayo? Or perhaps you'd like to make music with them year-round. Now you can print these and assemble in a few simple, quick steps.

Steps:

Choose what colors you want for the top, middle, bottom, and handle.

Print the parts separately in your chosen color or all together if you prefer one solid color.

Glue the top, middle, and bottom together.

Pour something in the bulb about half way that will rattle when shaken. I used dried beans and dried macaroni pasta. You can play around with this step to see what you like best.

Glue the handle on.

Have fun!

Printing Details:

There are very small, short supports needed on three of the sections. They don't add a significant amount of printing time and will make for a cleaner connection when assembling.

Be sure to double the parts on the print bed if you want dos (two) maracas!

Photos and video can also be seen on my Instagram page here. Happy printing!
