The project's objective was to optimize the release process of mass-produced CNC-machined parts by synchronizing them with a FANUC or similar CNC center. Tasks carried out involved using a servo-controlled robotic arm for movement, guided electronically via an Arduino Mega 2560R3 programmable robotics board and linear modules (M10P1236SS-L18-L12-L08-LT1-M10 Python) by ADEPT. Following movement, dimensional readings were taken using a TLAser230 Dual-Axis Micrometer Laser by Laserlinc. If the part falls within the specified dimensional tolerance of the TLAser230 software, it's moved by the robotic arm to a conveyor belt driven by a WEG motor. However, if the part is outside the set dimensional standard, it is moved to the rejection and repair tube by the robotic arm. The project included ADEPT linear robot module (M10P1236SS-L18-L12-L08-LT1-M10 Python), Arduino Board Mega 2560R3, and Laserlinc's TLAser230 Dual-Axis Micrometer as references. The software used was Autodesk Inventor Professional 2013.
