I'm trying to craft something visually appealing. I've obtained a DXF clipart from the Flow Website, modified it, merged the points together, lofted it out, expanded it, and added a twist to create a solid entity. I then decided to print it as a hollow object with 3 bottom layers and 3 perimeters around them. The dish in the photo has been scaled up by a factor of 1.8.
