Map compass 3D model

This model features a detailed map with compass and has been rendered using V-Ray for realistic visuals. The archive includes materials in .mat format, textures, FBX and OBJ files, along with a 3D Max 2010 scene. Modeling was done using Blender, while the scene and rendering were completed within 3D Max. All assets are in English, and texture paths are stripped. The mesh is free of N-gons, all parts are unwrapped, and Cleaner 5 has verified the scene for accuracy.
