This 3D model originated from Sketchup 8 before being converted into multiple formats. Native format remains .skp with 3ds Max scene rendered by Vray 3.00 within a 2016 version. Despite encountering issues in Google, this concludes my final GE contribution. CrystallisAero's destination is the reason for posting, thus concluding my involvement in creating these models. Maota Airport [IATA: MXS, ICAO: NSMA] serves as Savai'i island's primary domestic airport. Located near Salelologa at Savai'i's eastern end, it is accessible within a 10-minute drive from Salelologa township and ferry terminal. Established since the early 1990s, this airport operates with flights between Faleolo International Airport on Upolu and Asau Airport located northwest of Savai'i. A short runway confines flight options to Twin Otters and other smaller aircraft due to limitations. Tarmac size accommodates a Boeing 737 but the open-air terminal is limited in space. Aircraft are restricted from landing or taking off at night because of insufficient lighting. The existing control tower still requires support assistance from Faleolo International Airport on Upolu island.
