These innovative designs were conceived by two talented mechanical engineering students at Seattle Pacific University. They created a two-part system for attaching prosthetic devices, enabling users to drive stick-shift cars with ease and precision. The system includes a mechanism that allows individuals to operate both the stick-shift gear lever and the steering wheel independently. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer Model: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: Yes Infill Percentage: 20% Notes: To print the shift knob, place it on the bed with a hexagonal attachment, ensuring supports extend from the build plate. A brim is highly recommended for this print to prevent warping. For the steering knob, position it on its side and have supports coming from the build plate. A brim is also advised for this print to ensure a stable and even finish.
