Manual Peristaltic Pump

Manual Peristaltic Pump

I made these pumps primarily to test something else where I wanted to use peristaltic pumps, but needed fine control...I also just was curious how hard it would be to make a printed peristaltic pump :) Turns out, not too bad! I used 3/8" OD vinyl tubing, but it will work with anything that would work compressed to 2mm. More details on the build here. I printed mine from resin, primarily because the main bearing is integrated into the print (printed surfaces make the bearing races). So I think you could probably orient it for FDM to get the bearing races concentric perimeters to give a fairly smooth operation (although you may have to smooth down the seams).
