I spotted a praying mantis perched on a dog's feces, eager to snatch unsuspecting flies. Taking photos of this unusual creature, I decided it wouldn't make for a compelling model, so I carefully relocated him and snapped a few more shots. Afterward, I gently placed the mantis back onto its original spot on the turd.
