This was a competition that worked on last year (just before COVID hit). The challenge was to create an Underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) and complete challenges with it. My group decided to enter the 3D printed competition with me as the Head Designer. I spend hundreds of hours on this project and really wanted to show it off. The First Version of the ROV is the Blue Model and the Second Version (infinitely better) is the Green Model. The Files are formatted for AutoDesk Inventor, but SolidWorks can automatically translate them into files readable by SolidWorks. Only the 3D Models of the Mrk. 2 are included.
With this file you will be able to print Mantis Mrk. 1 & Mantis Mrk. 2 with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Mantis Mrk. 1 & Mantis Mrk. 2.
