I took Joel Telling's "Manta Ray Face Shield", and stacked them in varieties of 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64 stacks. There is a .3mm gap between the shields, so be sure to print them with a .3mm layer height. The .3mf files I have provided contain settings which I have allow my printer (Prusa Mk3) to half its printing time. Print these stacks overnight so that you can make more than one between prints. EDIT 4/8/2020: I added stacks with .35mm gaps according to feedback from people printing this. In order to test the tolderance on your printer, I recommend printing the 2 stack TEST files I have made. I made one with a .3mm gap and one with a .35mm gap so that you can test which one works best with your printer. Print instructionsPrint in PLA or PETG. Use 0.3mm layers. Use at least 3 perimeters (1.2mm shell). Use at least 30% infill.
