Update 11/21/23-After Assembling the whole system, I noticed that the Direct Drive Dual Gear mount was 1mm off of center for the hot end. Making a sharp corner in the filament path. So I went into fusion 360 and moved the holes for the extruder to be in line with the hot end.-Also, I included a new 5015 fan duct that is extended by 8mm and should work with the Pheatus UHF configuration, but use the un-modified support arms.-I included the BLTouch spacer file so no one needs to look for one anymore.Update 10/03/23:-In my haste, I completely missed the Volcano 5015 Fan Ducts that were originally uploaded by BoothyBoothy. These Fan ducts will work with the HF Rapido configuration. I will keep this Mod up for testing and possible remixes. All credit goes to the original creator of the Manta MK2.I spent the night modifying the Manta MK2 tool head and fan duct system to include the Phaetus Rapido UHF nozzle.Lowered the fan supports and 5015 fan shrouds. Adjusted tolerance for the new location of the BLTouch Files included are for other HF nozzles and the Phaetus Rapido HF configuration.HF = High Flow (Volcano Nozzles)UHF = Ultra High Flow (Rapido + Volcano Nozzle)Assembled and printed the same as the Manta MK2.!!!! NOT YET TESTED !!! - feel free to print and test for me :)I WILL UPDATE THIS AS TIME GOES ON AND ADJUSTMENTS ARE MADE.
