Manta MK2 - Linear rail (MGN12H)

Remixed some parts in order to be able to mount to linear rails. Added a Drill guide if you want to use the stock hotend bracket, but you have to extend the belt retainers. I just used a printed one, since the Manta MK2 has both a front and back part that clamps down on it, it is still plenty rigid, and you don't have to worry about the belt issue. I made plenty of room for screwheads, so you can pretty much use any screw as long as it fits the MGN mounting holes. I used socket head screws. I am using a E3D v6 and BMG in direct drive config, with two 5015 blowers. Not sure how it will fit other models.
