This is My First Attempt at Bringing Haida Art to Life on a Model, and It's Been a Tougher Challenge Than Expected. Getting the Look Right Was a Struggle, and Despite the Effort, I'm Not Entirely Satisfied with the Result. The Reason for This Is Because Haida Art Characteristically Boasts Flat, Two-Dimensional Designs Even in Its Intricate Totem Carvings - Something That Proved Difficult to Replicate Without Resorting to Over-Exaggerated Styling. Drawing It Out First Would Have Been a Smarter Approach.
