Herman Behr Mansion model Designed by Frank Freeman, Herman Behr Mansion stands as a testament to architectural excellence. Dimensions: The original structure measures 32x60 ft, with an optional extension available. Three PBR texture sets bring the Herman Behr Mansion to life in stunning detail. Completing the model took two weeks of dedicated work, from September 10th to September 24th, with a daily average of 5-6 hours and occasional breaks. Modeling was primarily done using Blender, while cleanup, UV management, and final export were handled by 3dsMax. Photoshop played a supporting role in creating masks and texture layout guides. SubstancePainter and SubstanceDesigner collaborated to create the base stone tiles material from scratch. The trim sheet was enhanced with baked normals from modeled profiles. A reference image resolution of 256px/m served as the foundation for this meticulous model.
