Model of the grand estate is a masterful creation.\n\nThe sprawling mansion features four distinct levels and a spacious rooftop area. Beneath the ground level lies a subterranean garage, numerous storage rooms, and entertainment spaces such as game rooms or gyms. The base level boasts expansive living areas that can be divided into cozy bedrooms or utilized as a single large room. Two expansive terraces adorn the front and rear of the structure, while an open-air poolside area on the ground floor offers interior balconies from levels +1 and +2. Levels +1 and +2 are virtually identical, boasting spacious rooms, medium-sized areas, and two grand balconies. The central atrium stretches across all levels, encompassing a staircase and ample space for circulation. Abundant natural light pours in through the building's large windows, curtain walls, and skylights. A reinforced concrete frame supports the structure, featuring RC floor slabs and foundation. The model is equipped with defined materials, including diffuse, bump, and roughness maps, which are applied to all elements. Textures have been packed into the Blender file for seamless integration. Interior lighting fixtures are expertly modeled, while interior elements such as furniture have not been included, leaving room for creative adaptation.\n\nThe project comes in two primary versions: one created in Autodesk REVIT 2020 and another in Blender 2.82. Both iterations are remarkably similar, with slight variations in material selection. The Revit project provides detailed information on structural layers, defined levels, floor plans, and more, making it an invaluable resource for architects and designers.
