## Manneken Puzzle Box: A Challenging Packing Conundrum by Yavuz Demirhan Pack six identical puzzle pieces into a rectangular box with an obstructed opening. When the puzzle is successfully solved, the pieces will fit entirely within the box without protruding through the opening. One of the images shows several pieces placed inside the box, demonstrating the clever design's appeal to both novice and experienced puzzlers. To assemble the puzzle, print six copies of the puzzle piece and one copy each of the box and cap from the three provided STL files. The cap and box are designed separately to allow for printing without supports. After printing, attach the cap to the box by applying a drop of glue into each of the four guide holes on the cap and fitting the four raised cylinders on the box into them. Ordinary superglue works well with PLA filament. The box is square and symmetrical, so any orientation will work fine. Once the glue is dry, you're ready to solve the puzzle! The puzzle was designed using PuzzleCAD, and the .scad file is included for those who want to remix it or make changes to the size, tolerance, or beveling. Make sure the file is in the same folder as puzzlecad.scad. ### About the Designer Yavuz Demirhan is a prolific designer of interlocking mechanical puzzles with over five hundred published designs, ranging from simple and bite-sized to highly complex.
