My son broke the small cap for his Titan water bottle. The lid is currently out of stock. This is my 7th attempt. Attempt 1-3 were to get the screw to fit properly and form a seal. Version 4 and 5 were to get the full cap to fit. Version 6 worked but the screw was a little long and broke after a few days use. This version has a solid screw and 95% infill. I built it with TinkerCad. It is a fairly good fit, I had to lightly sand the edges to get it to fit on the cap holder. You will need to reuse the rubber washer from the original lid to form a watertight seal. Double check that your filament is food safe.
