The object is a traditional dessert from Colombia, it's called Manjar Blanco. Manjar Blanco is a dairy dessert obtained from the concentration of a mixture of white sugar cane and cow milk, with the addition of flour, mainly rice. It's recognized as a gastronomic icon in the Cauca Valley (Colombia) and its production, for the most part artisanal, occupies an important line in the economy of its inhabitants. This dessert comes in completely eco-friendly packaging, known as TOTUMO (Crescentia cujete L), it's a small tree, the dry and empty fruit is very light and resistant, serves as a household utensil for making beautiful handicrafts or as an eco-friendly container in this case for Manjar Blanco.
