Manivelle établi pliant / Crank for a folding workbench
thingiverse
One of the crank handles on my folding workbench had broken down. Even though it's a cheap one, it was still more cost-effective to fix it instead of buying a brand new one. Plus, designing it myself and having an easy replacement option for when it breaks again on a Sunday made it even more appealing. The design closely replicates the original crank handle, with mechanical elements adapted (though not optimized) to accommodate the 3D printing process. This is a two-part assembly. I used a M5 screw/nut combination in place of the pin to make future disassembly easier if it breaks again, but you can easily reuse the original pin. Update: A more robust V2 design has been added.
