I didn't want to shell out 50€ for Manitou Mattoc service tools, so I figured I could whip up something equivalent on my own. After tearing apart and reassembling the fork, I was able to prove that it's doable without any issues. Depending on how quickly your filament shrinks, you'll need to adjust the design until it fits perfectly – in my case, I had to boost the size by between 2.5% and 5%.
