This is a replacement adjustment knob specifically designed for fine-tuning the spring preload on Manitou Black Comp 80/100 mountain bike forks. I recently found myself in a situation where my original knob cracked and broke off, forcing me to resort to using actual tools to adjust the fork's spring pre-load. Printed with meticulous attention to detail, this replacement knob was created at 100% infill (a setting chosen for its added strength) using Raptor PLA filament heated to a precise temperature of 245C. The vertical resolution was set at an impressive 0.2 mm, representing the fastest printing speed available on my Ultimaker 3.
