With Skeinforge satisfied, the revised Hexagonal Box STL file produced beautiful toolpaths after eliminating non-manifold vertices. Thanks to the Thingiverse Google Group for suggestions! The print should take approximately 4 hours and 45 minutes using 31cc of material, resulting in six lockable sections that assemble best with two (three section) halves mated last.
