In our first attempt at designing and 3D printing, several errors occurred, which we aim to learn from. Our inspiration came from the concepts of autorotation, Falcon 9 rocket landing legs by SpaceX, and Lehaiver's radial contact for holding an egg. Despite a successful print, assembly issues arose due to DFM mistakes. Key mistakes included intricate leg connections with insufficient clearance (0.3mm), loose springs allowing the egg housing to slide off, and small blade surface area. This experience has taught us valuable lessons in 3D printing design, especially Design for Manufacturing. Best regards - Manan and Imran
