The main goal of this project is to make life easier for wheelchair users by enabling them to pick up objects from the ground and high places with ease. This project was developed in Brazil. ENGLISH: Materials: * 80 cm long PVC pipe, 1/2-inch diameter * 2 rubber bands * 50 mm long aluminum bar, 5/16-inch diameter * EVA sheet * 3 bolts and nuts (M3 x 25 mm) * Neodymium magnet with a diameter of 20 mm and height of 3 mm * Multifilament fishing line * Hot glue Instructions: 1. Print the parts using support, raft, and 100% infill, except for the lever which can be printed with 40% infill. 2. Attach the fixed part of the grip to the PVC pipe and drill a hole in it with a 5/16 drill bit as shown in the picture above. Do the same for the parts of the lever. 3. Cut the 5/16 aluminum bar into the following lengths: * 2 x 115 mm * 1 x 60 mm * 1 x 36 mm * 1 x 32 mm * 1 x 14 mm * 2 x 20 mm * 1 x 30 mm 4. Attach the aluminum bars to the PVC pipe, tie the multifilament line to the bolt of the clamp and pass it through the barrel. 5. Apply a small amount of grease to the bushings and pulleys to reduce friction. 6. Cut two pieces of EVA sheet (16 x 60mm) and one piece for the cable. Glue them onto the grip and cable with hot glue. 7. To make the hook tip, print the molds to inject the parts. Spray some soap on the inside of the mold before injecting the hot glue so that it does not stick to the mold. Imprima as peças utilizando suporte, raft e com 100% de enchimento, exceto o manete que pode ser impresso com 40% de enchimento. 2. Encaixe a parte fixa da pinça na ponta do cano de PVC, em seguida fure o cano com uma broca de 8mm como nas fotos acima. Faça a mesma coisa para as peças do manete. 3. Corte a barra de alumínio 5/16 nas seguintes medidas: * 2 x 115 mm * 1 x 60 mm * 1 x 36 mm * 1 x 32 mm * 1 x 14 mm * 2 x 20 mm * 1 x 30 mm 4. Encaixe as barras de alumínio no cano de PVC, amarre a ponta da linha multifilamento no parafuso da pinça e passe-a por dentro do cano. 5. Passe um pouco de graxa nas buchas e polias para reduzir o atrito. 6. Corte 2 pedaços de 16 x 60 mm da folha de EVA e um pedaço do tamanho que achar melhor para colar no cabo. Em seguida cole os pedaços de EVA na pinça e no cabo com cola quente. 7. Para fazer a ponta do gancho com cola quente, imprima os moldes para injetar as peças. Passe um pouco de sabão na parte interna do molde antes de injetar a cola quente, para que a cola não grude no molde.
