Manhole lid belt buckle
thingiverse
The manhole cover from Kamurocho's Millenium Tower in the Yakuza video game series, made into a belt buckle. Snap the belt loop into the tall vertical hook and insert a removable pin into the slot on the opposite side (it should only go in one way). The buckle has two slots in the back for pins, one to hook into your belt holes and the other to store a backup pin just in case the first one breaks. I recommend printing two buckle pins for such an emergency. Pins should be printed sideways and with supports, for strength. The buckle should be printed upright, with supports, and with a slow outer perimeter speed (20mm/s). The belt loop should be printed laying down on the print bed. You can repurpose this thing for other buckle designs by deleting all vertices directly connected to the manhole cover model, leaving behind the structures needed to connect the buckle to a belt. The manhole lid is approximately 65mm in diameter and 7mm in breadth.
