We assess a manhole fabricated from Malleable Cast Iron to meet specified standards. In testing a 250mm diameter unit, we apply an outward force of 40 tons and record displacement, stress levels, and calculate safety factors using Cosmos-Works. To comply with regulations, its maximum allowable weight must be no more than 55 kilograms. Suggestions for design adjustments or visual revisions are encouraged.!!!
