Mangle Rack Mechanism

This innovative mechanism was showcased on (http://507movements.com/mm_036.html). Previous versions of this device have experienced issues due to poorly constructed gears; however, my version boasts authentic gear profiles that function correctly. I used an Axle Joint Mechanism for this model. The 3D design was made with Solidworks 2016 and rendered using Simlab Composer 8 Mechanical Edition. Frames were edited in Virtualdub and saved as AVI/X264 and BMP. Videos were remuxed to MP4 with MyMP4BoxGui, while gifs were created with PhotoScape. Edits for renders were done using IrfanView. The 3D-PDF and SIMLAB files are animated, and the model is available in various formats including Solidworks 2016, Simlab Composer 8, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS, DWF, and FBX.
