Manfrotto to Arca-Swiss adaptor

A simple adaptor to mount an Arca-Swiss quick release plate to a Manfrotto ballhead. Some commercially available versions of it come with a longer screw, so it may be needed. With my plate (Quenox) and ballhead (Manfrotto Compact Advanced), the design adds about 2-3mm to the height.
