Another Manfrotto mount. The ones I found didn't work with my BeFree head, but this one does, and it fits very snugly. The screw hole is deliberately small so you can either tap the mounting screw through or drill out to 1/4 inch and use an E-clip to secure the mounting screw. I simply used some single-sided foam tape I had lying around for the top. These screws and E-clips will work.
