I held the print at a precise 90 degrees, carefully positioning the retention peg to one side for maximum structural integrity. Any other printing direction would compromise the part's strength and potentially lead to catastrophic failure once again. Although it demands extra effort and meticulous sanding or filing, the enhanced durability of the finished product makes every step worthwhile. I chose to print this model with a 10% infill density to facilitate easy removal while still providing adequate support. Infill settings, in this case, proved to be less critical since the part would remain largely solid throughout its entirety. However, I highly recommend using a minimum of three wall layers for absolute solidity. This design was modeled in Tinkercad due to my amateur status as a user; it's not exactly a complex or challenging project, but it gets the job done.
