Manfrotto 200 Quick Release Plate Belt Holster
thingiverse
Made a custom belt holster for the Manfrotto QR plate/shoes. The oversized belt loop space fits nearly any type of belt perfectly. This keeps your camera conveniently within reach. I used PETG filament to create it, printing with the holster bottom against the bed (upright) to strengthen the shoe keeper edges. Additionally, four shell layers with my 0.5mm nozzle made the belt loops incredibly solid and strong. Added a new file called ManfrottoQR_BeltHolster with narrower belt loops for more flexibility. Designed an open pants clip style holster in two parts, maximizing strength where it matters most. To ensure a snug fit, I lightly sanded off the keyed mating surfaces and corners so they fit together flush. A small amount of glue gap is acceptable as long as it fits perfectly. Test printed this design in copper PLA, but I wouldn't recommend using it for a camera holster due to its limitations. The copper PLA was an interesting choice, but not suitable for this application.
