I've remixed this design specifically for a nurse friend who requested some Mandalorian-inspired ear savers. I've printed and provided hundreds of these at this point, and the sizing seems spot-on. With a 0.6mm nozzle and a 0.4mm layer height on my Prusa MK3, I can crank out 11 ear savers in just 90 minutes. Meanwhile, on my Ender 3, I can print 10 of these in the same amount of time. Just start them off at a moderate speed and then kick it up to 125-150% for even faster prints - they don't have to be perfect! Thanks to all the unsung heroes out there on the front lines who are making a real difference!
