I'm thrilled to share an industrial internship project that really got my creative juices flowing. I had the opportunity to overhaul the entire system on a MANDELLI STORM because its positioning tool was notoriously rough on the spindle. I stepped in and gave it a complete facelift, replacing the old clamp with a shiny new double rotation arm precision-welded with high-precision pliers. Every single component was carefully selected after meticulous calculations of dynamic and static performance to ensure that every element - from ball screws to rails to roller skates - was optimized for top-notch performance. I'm proud to say that all files associated with this project are fully documented, including comprehensive files for "share" and "product", as well as highly detailed "stp" and "igs" files for easy reference and future implementation.
