In an industrial internship project, I undertook the task of changing a complete system on a MANDELLI STORM due to its rough tool positioning in the spindle. To solve this issue, I replaced the clamp with a double rotation arm that was welded using pliers. Precautions were taken by meticulously selecting all elements and calculating both static and dynamic loads to ensure proper selection of ball screws, rails, and roller skates. All relevant files, including "share," "product," "stp," and "igs" files, were made available for the project.
