Mandalorian Vibroblade Boot Knife - WIP I envisioned this boot knife as a last resort for a certain bounty hunter, hidden away in case of an emergency; the design draws inspiration from the Spartan Gladius, merging it with the futuristic and rugged Mandalorian style. The short haft and semi-low profile are designed to be held in a pistol grip, allowing the thumb to cycle power and the index finger to brace against the cross guard. I created this mostly in Blender using reference images from both canon and non-canon sources - primarily from the Knights of the Old Republic era - and I'd like to add more details such as: - A pommel and hook arrangement - A chain-link connecting these elements - A Mandalorian clan symbol/icon hanging from the chain link - A moving power button that clicks satisfyingly Additionally, I aim to refine some edges, add complex topology to both the blade and powerpack (cross-guard), and explore a more traditional version with a tapered blade midway up and an increased over-haft length. I'm eager for your feedback - I always strive to improve my work.
