This project was created using Tinkercad software. The six-part set of ventilated ear caps is designed for a Mandalorian helmet. These parts can be scaled to fit any helmet; however, resizing may require adjustments since it will affect the connecting components. The ear caps are meant to be used in conjunction with my Mandalorian Range Finder Stalk. There are four small ear cap tops included in this design. To assemble these parts, you will need to apply them in layers. Begin by placing the part with one hole and no details on top of the helmet, allowing it to fill the gap between the helmet and the next layer. This part serves as a base layer. Next, attach the second part directly to the helmet. You can identify this part by its raised line along the bottom edge, central hole, curve cutout, and two small recessed holes for rare earth magnets. Once secured, install the range finder stalk followed by the third part featuring a rectangular hole along the bottom. Finally, add the top cover with detailing on it. Sand and paint the parts as desired. I appreciate your interest in this project and hope you enjoy using these ear caps.
