Mandalorian Vase helmet prined really FAST

Mando helmet optimized for vase mode FAST printing. https://youtu.be/Efi9wGxMSgw I use 1mm E3D Volcano nozzle and PLA. Speeds 40mm/s. Accel 500mm/s2. Jerk XY15 Current STL size for 7 y.o. kid. Helmet width is 204mm Height is 246mm You can easyly scale it to your size, but dont forget to scale all parts. Main part printed in vase mode 1 perimeter, no top, no bottom, no infill. 0,4mm layer height. It takes only 2 hour and 2 mins. Helmet upper part - cap - printed with 3 perimeters, no top, no bottom, no infill. 0,3mm layer height. At 20mm height added modifier bottom 1, top 2 layers, line directions 90deg, infill 30. I used Cura for this part. it takes 50 mins. If you have no success with this settings for this part, you can try hollow cap stl with your own setting. Ears printed with support, 0,3mm layer, 2 perimeters, 15 infill, 2 bottom, 3 top layers. 50 mins for pair. Glued with Cianocrylat glue with aclivator. Visor cut with hot wire or knife on soldering iron. Feel free to ask if you have questions or problems.
