Mandalorian Tracking Fob
thingiverse
I wanted to make one of the tracking fobs from The Mandalorian but I couldn't find any existing models that I liked or that I could print on a non-resin printer, so I ended up making this one. And the best part is that this model DOES NOT REQUIRE SUPPORTS!!! ⠀ ⠀ The printing process should be relatively easy. The slots and front hole in the main body allow the LED and silver paneling to press fit into it (if you are considering painting this model, make sure to consider that paint is three-dimensional and may make the piece not fit properly). ⠀ For the blinking light, I used a CR2032 coin battery to power a flashing battery holder (link below) attached to a 5mm red LED. ⠀ For the cables coming out the top, I used 3mm wire rope looped through the body and glued into the top receptor. ⠀ This is the way... happy printing!!! ⠀ ⠀ Flashing battery holder: https://www.adafruit.com/product/4891?gclid=CjwKCAjwoduRBhA4EiwACL5RP6xDrOYga9r2IiY83Jy_zsSI1f32txvvC78_gtHDTK6GOUtNwFB4IRoCdBgQAvD_BwE ⠀ ⠀ Videos of it working: https://youtu.be/u1xpyjOVaJU https://youtu.be/tz7aUS_fNMQ
