The Mandalorian has a thing against droids piloting his speeders, but this latest model really caught his eye. It was designed with vintage Kenner Droids in mind, and it shows. A lot of thought went into designing and orienting the prints so they're enjoyable to assemble. If you're confident in your printing skills, you can print without supports, although I used a small amount on the chassis side fins and engine face for good measure. The chassis measures 192x51x289mm, which might be a bit too big for some printers' build envelopes. But don't worry, there's a version of the chassis cut into thirds – rear, middle, and front – that should fit just fine. For the three-piece chassis, you'll need to use guide holes on the rear and mid pieces to attach them with 20mm lengths of filament. I found it easier to insert the side grills after joining the rear and mid sections, then attaching the front piece. The rear engines can be attached to their block using 1.75mm off-cuts of 20mm filament. Just be sure to use enough for a good fit. The only piece that got infill was the seat, with about 25% of it filled in with four or five shells. And don't forget to print four seats – you'll need them all.
